How it works

Steak on the stone is simple: we bring it, you cook it, every slice exactly how you like it.

Choose your cut

Pick your steak and your sides. The team will talk you through the cuts and how the stone works.

It arrives at 400°C

Your steak comes to the table on a lava stone heated to around 400°C, still sizzling. Don’t touch the stone.

Cook every slice

Slice a piece, sear it on the stone for as long as you like, eat it. The last bite is as hot as the first.

How do you like it?

Blue to well done is up to you. Leave a slice on the stone for a few seconds or a minute; nobody in the kitchen gets it wrong.
